Wallpaper removal and stopping

We have 3x feature walls that have textured wallpaper on then that we would like removed, stopped and prepped for painting. Also, our spare bedroom (less than 3m x 3m ) and dining room (3 walls, each wall about 2 or 3 meters) has wallpaper that we also think should be taken off and prepped for painting as well. We are going to try and do the painting ourselves, but need help with the wallpaper removal and stopping. Thanks!
