Exterior soffit cement board plaster patch up

I need someone who can match up this repair job I've just finished for my client. As can see form the photos I've cut out a part of the cement board but it had a rough look plaster finish to it which needs doing to the new piece to match the rest. If its not a plasterers scope of work could you tell me who to contact to do this type of job. Call me direct please, cheers.
