Bathroom Plastering, quotes required.

Mum's bathroom and toilet both need work. The walls have had a paint splatter design sprayed on (see photos) and we want to smooth them for painting. There are also two large gaps at the bottom of the plasterboard by the vanity that will need to be filled (Approx 20cm x 20cm). Also alot of smaller holes in both rooms to be filled. I am going to paint it myself but need someone to tidy it up first. We just need a few quotes first. Thanks.
