skimming and stopping 2 small rooms

Hi, I've got two small basement rooms that need skimming and square stopping, and one small wall in my laundry to stop/skim. The rooms are approx. 4m2 and 9m2, and have a low stud (approx. 2.1m). I've had plenty of other work done in the past at this house and my last house (and my mum's) so I've a pretty accurate idea what it should cost - so anyone trying it on - please don't contact me as it's a waste of my time and yours (Apologies but I've had a couple of quotes recently for floor sanding and this plastering where people are trying to take advantage). cheers, Jared.
