Skim Coat walls for painting.

I am after an estimate in your initial contact (then you can come for a quote later) to skim walls in preparation for painting. There are are few imperfections which will need addressing but nothing major just picture hooks and some screw holes. Total surface area for the house is 150m2 (i measured all the walls that need to be done). We are weighing up the cost of skimming the walls and painting ourselves vs getting in a paper hanger. The job is for July and the property will be empty for 1 week.
