Interior Plastering over cement bricks, 2 coats - 12m square

Project Manager seeking experienced interior plasterer. 1 basement room (size: 2.77m x 4.57m - one wall is a full window) to have 2 coats of plaster. All walls are currently painted cement bricks so its 1 full heavy coat over the whole room followed by 1 light skim coat. The customer is wanting a smooth sanded finish from floor to ceiling in prep for a painted finish. Looking for the most suited plasterer with a modest quote. Ideally, I would like to have this project underway by next week
