Plaster lounge/dining, approx 8.5m x 4.5m total. Either strip painted wallpaper, or prep and plaster over. See close up photo of painted wallpaper vs. where I over-plastered for a projector screen some years ago. This worked quite well. Job does not include kitchen area nor stair area at this time (that comes later).

James and his workers were really nice guys to have around. We (James and I both) had some issues with the quality of some of the subcontracted skim plastering work which James had not been aware of. Even though I had already paid the full amount, he made sure to come back and fix the issues within a short time. Very honest and a pleasure to deal with.
