Plaster foyer and stairs

The entrance foyer and stairway in my house need plastering to a paint finish. Some work has been completed already to remove the wallpaper, seal (with acrylic sealant) and apply a base level of plaster. Then the painter became unwell and now seems incapable of finishing the job. The ceiling also needs some attention as the roof has leaked in the past prior to my ownership and has left 'circles' where the paint has peeled off. These need sanding, sealing and plastering so that the ceiling can be repainted. The job also includes touching up the finish around some new windows and doors that were installed upstairs. The new fittings have a slightly smaller profile than the old so there is a 1-2cm space around the doors and windows that needs filling in.These are - Two sliding doors ( --- window ( --- door ( --- ). The house is two storey and the stairway is full height. Have attached photos and can add some measures of the entrance area and stairs if you want, although it is probably better to view.
