Gib Stopping & Plastering Bedroom Wall

We require Gib stopping and plastering an alcove in our bedroom where a built in cabinet has just been removed. New Gib has been installed and needs to be stopped and plastered before we can paint, along with the two adjacent walls (see photo). Size of new Gib that has just been installed in around 1.5m high by 1m wide.
