We have a single story 1940s ex-state house with plaster on brick. We are currently painting but there is some cosmetic cracking in the plaster on the wall below our chimney that needs repairing. The chimney also needs the exterior cleaned then painted in the new colour. Doesn't look to be a difficult job, just a fiddly job for us to do a DIY job on.
