Exterior Plaster Movement cracks in exterior plaster in paved patio to be addressed. - Two areas of cracking to be ground out - New exterior masonry render to be applied where render ground out to match texture as close as possible. - Priming and two top coats applied to areas of new render and squared off to a patch painted area * renewal of sealant to paving/wall joint on 3 sides of paved patio.
