I need hallway walls skimmed and square edged where we have removed the cornice. Hall is 5270 long and 1050 wide with 2400 stud. Also a small bedroom 2720 x 3020 where we have insulated and re-gibbed two exterior walls and removed the cornice, so needs some stopping and skimming to square edge with ceiling. Sealer coat has been applied so all ready to go.
