The job was started immediately the next day after quoting. The plasterer had a bad back and was advised not to drive down the drive way as steep and had to be towed. The hours charged on the invoice were double that based on the time the alarm was unset and reset also taking into account plenty of extra time for travelling. When queried 50% was credited immediately. Workmanship ok, light fittings damaged, no co ordination between the plasterer, painter or accounts department.

"Firstly this job was done Sept 2015 TEN MONTHS later you decide to make such comments Right from day one you were very difficult to deal with. Our man did have a bad back and we can prove his sick day claim We did keep you fully informed of delays and he did not break your light fitting you had other trades working there. Any one is welcome to check out our feedback on builders crack. We only credited back 50% as we wanted to stop dealing with you. "
