Pena nice guy to deal with - some minor communications issues - had extra work done between Pena and ex tenant (not a nice guy to deal with - THE ex tenant) - overall very happy and would definitely use him again and also refer him to others. He fixed a gib hole in the ceiling - stopped and painted - brilliant. Dont know what other skills he has though.
