Replacement if rotten plasterboard and skirting board

We have removed a rotting skirting board and found that the plasterboard behind it is also damaged. The damaged section needs to be cut out, replaced with wet room plasterboard (it's in an ensuite), plastered, and painted. We havevthe necessary paint. Then new skirting board needs to be put in place. We have the skirting board but it will need to be slightly cut to fit properly. Looking for the job to he done quickly as we may be putting our house on the market. Thanks!
