plasterboard lining replacing scrim

A room 3.36 x 2.38 m with scrim needs plasterboard lining walls and ceiling including preparation for painting. Gib to be installed on top of skirting board. Wall height above skirting board is 2.84 m. One narrow wall has door. Walls beside door are 670 and 630 and above door height is 920 mm. Opposite wall has single sash window. House build around 1910 and had no twangs. Scrim will be removed beforehand by owner.
