Lounge Renovation

We have a lounge ceiling, scotia and wallpaper we'd like to have removed from site and new plasterboard and scotia installed and then plastered ready to paint the walls and ceiling. The room is 3.75m by 3.2m. We have an electrician organised to remove the light fitting. The site is crashing when I upload photos but have some available. I'm also flexible with my hours and can organise a site visit when ever.

12 years experience in fixing stopping and finishing Gib and coving. I also do tiling and have my waterproofing certificate for wet areas. I'm fully kitted out as a builder/handyman and happy to view and take on any sort of home maintenance job be it fencing tiling or any repairs. Happy to pop by and advise/quote.
