Hello, I'm a self employed, qualified licenced builder. I work on new builds and other ground up builds, but mainly specialise in alterations/renovations to existing buildings. I have sub trade contacts for tiling, plasterers, painters, fabricators, electricians, plumbers and waste management etc. If your job requires any additional trades I am more than happy to manage and communicate with sub trades on behalf or work alongside you as the owner.
