wall repair, re-plaster and repaint.

We live in a townhouse and we have a medium sized banister wall, plastered, that has been struck and become unsafe and wobbly. We need the structure repaired, painted and re plastered. It is not a huge job, but the plaster would need to be removed and the wall structure repaired - we had someone in to just look at painting the wall, but he has noted the wall is now wobbly.
