ceiling replacement repair of gib board and some minor building repairs

The ceiling in the lounge and hall is needing replacement and repair. there is also come other little jobs to tidy up. The area for repair is around 30m2 and needs replacement and/or repair. Prefer local worker. the ceiling is flat in the hall and angled in the lounge to a stud of around 2.4 m or 3 m. I need a written quote please for work to be completed.
