Repair flood damaged sleepout

The sleepout on my property (about 20m2) was recently flooded. There is damage to the GIB lining and the lino flooring had to be pulled up and thrown out. I need this relined (GIB or ply or anything suitable), and want to redo the floors (probably vinyl flooring). I'll need a quote for insurance then will progress with job.
