Hi there, We had a ceiling to repair on single level townhouse with water damage about 4m x3.5m. it has been poked to drain water and plumber fixed a pipe in the ceiling already. Tenant said leak had stopped. Address is in Killarney Rd Frankton, Hamilton. The affected area is part of the kitchen which is open plan. Some soaked insulation has been cleared by the plumber.
