Cover cut out portion inside the bathroom vanity

Hi, I had a leak from a burst pipe behind the bathroom vanity, which flooded my bathroom and laundry, the plumber had to cut through the GIB board underneath the bathroom vanity to access and fix the pipe, however he did not fix the cut out GIB board back as per attached photos. Need someone to cover the exposed GIB underneath the bathroom vanity as per attached photos. Please also include your estimate of cost. Thanks
