Replacing two door jambs, plasterboard repair in hallway and one room

In the downpour of the Auckland floods we had flooding out of our shower down the hallway and into the adjoining room. The carpet has been removed in the room and the lower foot of plasterboard has been stripped out of the affected areas in the hallway and room to allow for sanitation and airing. We now need a builder to replace the door jambs of the affected bathroom and adjoining room, replace the plasterboard that has been stripped, and replace the bathroom door. A quote for painting the new plasterboard, jambs and door afterwards would also be great if you do painting too. I have attached pictures showing the hallway with stripped gib, and the small adjoining room with blue line indicating the extent of plasterboard that needs installing. In the picture with the blue line, the top right hand corner of the picture is where the plasterboard has been taken off a concrete nib wall (it was stuck on to the concrete).
