Flood damage repair to walls and floor

I’ve had a small (5x2) study flooded during the recent weather events. I’ve pulled up the carpet and underlay, however the insurance assessor has found there is moisture that has crept up into both the gib in the walls and they may need to be replaced (along with the skirting). Furthermore the substrate is an old tar sheet like product that looks like it may need to be lifted and replaced prior to carpet going down. Right now looking for a quote for this job, to get approved by insurer before starting work. Photos are from when I was pulling up the carpet - there’s nothing left on the floor but the substrate now. Let me know if you’d like more photos.
