Powder bathroom wall tile removal and plaster board replacement

We are preparing for some new tiles and sinks to be installed and need some help to remove the current white wall tiles, replacing the plasterboard and plaster where it will be repainted and not tiled. The floor tiles will remain. Measurements are 1400 h, 2090 w x 2 for the side walls and 1080 w the back wall. We will have the toilet and sink removed by a plumber ASAP. We have a tiler scheduled for week of Nov21 so if you could get this 1/2 day project done week of 14 Nov - that would be great!
