Bathroom ceiling gib repair and painting

This is a job to repair bad work from a previous contractor who has abandoned the job. 1. Gib repair / fan install. Section of bathroom ceiling was regibbed and plastered after water damage from above, but a piece of supporting wood was installed for the gib where the fan was supposed to go. An oversized hole for the fan has been cut, so to repair, a piece of gib around the hole will need to be cut out and replaced, then a correctly sized hole cut for the fan. I have a section 1x1 m of unused 10mm elephant aquasmart that can be used. 2. Sand/Prep plastered area, then painting of the full bathroom ceiling (approx 2m x 2m) + 1m of cornice, plus one wall approx 2sqm where repairs have damaged the wall. Ceiling paint and cornice is Resene "Alabaster" --- , wall is "Half-Tea" --- . Paint to be sourced by contractor. 3. Cleanup of the work area, which is covered in gib dust and debris.
