Catalin only required a 50% deposit from a returning loyal customer such as us. (Un)fortunately, his change of estimate policy meant that he could increase the cost of the job after we paid his deposit. A reasonable estimate ended up higher than another competitive bidder for the job. Once he completes the job, he tenaciously followed up payment with a message ['???']. The photos of his workmanship need no further explanation.

"obviously bad intentions here...to ruin my perfect reviews. We spoke on the phone about repairing that ceiling only and agree on the price, once I got off the phone I went back to the add and realized that the add was saying about possible painting too. So called him straight away telling him that painting would be an additional cost which he agreed. Ive asked for a deposit because I was dealing with a similar situation atm and literally I never met him in person."
