Replacement of a 400mm x 400mm square of plasterboard ceiling, stopping and painting. Ceiling lining has been damaged from a water leak which has since been repaired. This job is for a rental property that is going onto market in two weeks, hence we have a very tight timeframe and the work would need to be completed by Tuesday 19th July.
