Dado rail removal

We are painting the interior of our home. There is a dado rail running the perimeter of our house that we would like to remove; we plan on painting the walls thereafter. It is a 160m2 house but rail is not in kitchen or bathrooms (3). We started to remove (see pictures) but would like it done quicker by a professional, as soon as possible, as we need to complete our paint before Jan 10th.
