Repair holes x 6 GIB, stop and paint + ceiling tiles

Hi there I have one of those homes with the old 80s plumbing that springs a leak every month once a certain age.. as a result, I have lots of cut out sections which need to be repaired ! X1 in downstairs wardrobe ceiling (ceiling white) x2 in downstairs long linen cupboard x3 upstairs ground level - wall is sandrock bluff half. Also a small section of softboard celining tile that needs to be stapled back in and touched up and some sagging softboard ceiling tiles that need to be re-pinned / re-attached. I've attached photos. Not super urgent but these things have been nagging us for sometime so it would be great to have done in the next month or so.
