Repair Plaster cracks on house exterior

The outside of our house has an area that has plaster, which has cracks in it. I wanted to get a quote to repair the cracks, and another quote to replace the entire plaster area with another material so it's not susceptible to water related issues. Most of our house is Brick n Tile, so it's only certain area that needs this modification,
