Repair plasterboard now the Plumber has finished

The Plumber has finished his work. Now I need the drywall repaired/replaced and the wall plastered and sanded smooth to make it all ready for painting. There is also a small hole in the ceiling that needs to be repaired and made ready for painting. The ceiling is made of plasterboard (not tiles). The ceiling can be easily accessed from above using a very spacious hatch to get access into roof cavity and there is plenty of space up there. Painting is NOT part of this job.
