Ceiling / Scotia / Wall repair

We had a leak which has now been fixed. A section of the ceiling (400 x 160) had to be cut out as part of the repair. The scotia (approx 1200) is water damaged and needs to be replaced. The job is to complete the repairs to ceiling, scotia and wall. To plaster and sand so it is all paint-ready. See attached photo.

Jack was pleasant enough to deal with. Did not arrive on time due to traffic and we needed to re-explain the scope of the job. However, we got there in the end with Jack making some useful suggestions and completing the work as discussed.
