Seeking quote for full house ceiling replacement

The paint on the ceilings all through my house is uneven, cracking, and rough. I'm wanting to get it to a nice finish and I'm not sure at the moment whether I should sand it all back and paint or just replace the plasterboard entirely and start from a level surface. Seeking a quote for what it would cost to remove and replace all the ceiling plasterboard. For now, I plan to deal with the painting myself. Approx 80m^2 of ceiling to be done, 2.7m stud height.
