Bedroom extension

I want to open the bedroom a bit bigger and current wardrobe to be made into new room. This will open above the current stairs going down stairs. It has been done in other units. It is a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen downstairs and stairs. Man hole is currently in the wardrobe and want it a bit bigger. This will also need to be painted. I want a quote for the paint and jib etc but not the carpet at this stage. I still want to get carpet at one stage but not in this quote. Cupboard door that is there now can be reused for the new cupboard. Flooring will go down over stairs on a 90degree angle with a slight corner shaved off in order to get a tall person up the stairs comfortably. This will become the bottom of the cupboard. I've not done this before so please ask as many questions as needed to get a good quote. Cheers
