Laundry Renovation

We have pulled out a wall in our laundry and have bits of old exposed timber framing etc that needs to be removed, gibbed and painted. Also need a small area of old ceiling and wall in the laundry to be replaced with a slightly lower 'false' ceiling and wall to cover water pipes leading down through the floor to the hot water cylinder below. . This area also has painted wallpaper which i will remove. I will then need a tradie to prepare and paint the walls in the laundry.
