Repair ceiling hole in apartment unit #2

As part of the recent fire safety compliance changes I had to move the sprinkler in my apartment. The people who came in to move the sprinkler instructed me that they do not fix the hole they create so now I have a gaping hole in the ceiling that requires gib board to be placed inside and plastered. No painting required for the time-being. The hole is about 30cmx30cm currently but may need to be cut wider to be cleaner to fix. I already have the gib board if that helps. Please provide a quote.
