Adding wood support and gibing to hang clothes dryer

Located in Whites Way, Ellerslie (Auckland), I wish to get a stub inserted with gib completed so that i can hang a clothes dryer. A hook is inserted on top right and a hook is required on top left of picture. At present a little gib has been ripped off and there are electrical cables behind. Please see picture for details.
