A roof leak has created two holes through ceiling. One 20 cm and the other 10 cm. Ceiling is white fiber type board with shallow dimples. Request is for repair and cleanup this week. House is tenanted and located in Sandringham. Roof has been repaired. Preference is for guarantee of work.
