water damage ceiling repair

I have water damage to ceiling. Leak is well repaired and definitely isn't leaking anymore. It turns out it isn't covered by my insurance. Below is the scope of work as put together by insurance assessor. Open plan lounge, dining, kitchen < --- R&R water damaged gib to ceiling above Bi fold doors <1 sht. R&R insulation above replaced gib. (I'm not sure this is needed?) Stop replaced gib. Refix Bi fold architrave and make ready for decoration. Seal and paint Large Bi fold door jamb and repaired bi fold wall. Seal repaired area of ceiling and paint entire ceiling, inc kitchen area
