ceiling hole repairs and architreve/scirting tidy up

I am preparing my house for sale and have a number of tidy up jobs that need to be done. 1. I have put new lcd lights in my lounge and office the Electritian has disconnected the old down lights but left the holes to be filled. There are 10 holes to be repaired and painted to match ceiling. In one of the rooms it may pay to paint the whole ceiling 2. After doing up one room but not another, I have a weird beginning and end to the architraves and scurrying board that needs to be tidied up I also have quite a few touch up painting jobs through the house (a few photos of doors etc) And a small hallway that needs painted.
