Jibbing + Cutting Doors + Arcitraves + Weater proofing Porch + Fireplace leaking

Jibbing- The hallway is matchlined and we want to jib over the top of this. Certian areas to be plained. Cutting doors- In the bedroom we want to cut a new door into the wardrobe that already exsists. Arcitraves- There are a handfull of doors and windows that we want matched to original features. Pine is ok to use as these are going to be painted white. Weatherproofing porch- This is an existing porch that has a aluminium sliding door that we want to remove. The ceiling is that plaster moulding that we also want changed to be weatherproofed (woodenpanelling).
