Ceiling repair 2

2 repairs to ceiling required after roof leaks. One is approximately 40cm x 40cm One is approx 60 x 70cm Would like this job completed this week if possible. Painting not required. I would like some idea of cost before you start. I would think you need to come a couple of times at least to complete the job. Would probably suit someone local or already working in the area. Please see pics. Thanks.
