Repair to water damaged plasterboard wall and skirting

A downstairs plasterboard wall and skirting, separating a bedroom from the garage, was damaged by water that overflowed from the laundry tub and flooded the garage floor. The damaged is limit to the lower 1/3 of the wall by water that likely seeped in from the garage side. There also appears to be some damage to the tongue and groove floorboards lining the bedroom. We would like to get a quote on repairing this damage (wall/skirting/floorboards) plus assessing any remaining moisture left in the wall and surrounding areas.
