Window surround gib repair

We've had a NuStyle aluminium window installed. But need the gib cut back and replaced flush around the frame. plaster, paint and minor tiling then required. Also two small repairs where access was needed to close off old gas pipes. About a handspan long. Assuming this needs gib as well? Please see photos. Please also indicate if plastering painting, tiling elements are included in quote or not. Thanks!

Happy with the end result - had some miscommunications about the expectation of the completed job during the course of work (i.e. not leaving exposed wall cavity around the window frame but to close it in and plaster over), but worked our way through it and satisfied with the end result.
