Repair kitchen wall

I have arranged to have the splashback removed on the kitchen wall between the hob and the extractor fan. This will damage/scratch the surface (behind the splashback) so I need a plasterer to repair the wall sufficiently to attach a new splashback to same wall. I don't think this will be a big job and I have no idea what the cost will be. I live in Stonefields, Auckland.
