Window surround gib repair

We've had a NuStyle aluminium window installed. But need the gib cut back and replaced flush around the frame. We'll then plaster, paint and tile. Also two small repairs where access was needed to close off old gas pipes. About a handspan long. Assuming this needs gib as well? Please see photos. Please also indicate if plastering element is included in quote or not. Thanks!
