The shower above the kitchen sprung a leak and has now been repaired. The damage to the ceiling now needs to be fixed. I'd estimate at least a 1m square needs to be repaired and repainted to match, maybe more depending on the condition of the surrounding ceiling.

Best experience on here so far. Flexible with timing, extremely high quality work, very competitive price and manners possessed by less than 1% of his trade in my experience. Makes the whole exercise so much easier and pleasant when people are nice and easy to deal with, focused on what can be done rather than what can't.
