Ceiling repair - two small areas due to water leaks

Due to a couple of roof leaks over many years, a couple of places in our ceiling have rotted through. These areas are only about 10-20cm long and wide. I have addressed the roof leak, and now I'd like the ceiling holes patched up. Thanks.

Workmanship - Repaired ceiling holes, used different primer/paint for different situations. End result looks great! Cost - Completed on budget - very reasonable for the amount of time involved. Schedule - On schedule. Communications - Catalin kept us informed of when he was coming. Also, I appreciated his honesty for some parts of the house which he could have just painted and charged for, but instead said painting was not worthwhile, that the boards should really be replaced first. Thanks!
